Notice is given that a meeting of the eligible employee creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:
- to consider the application of Sections 556,560 and 561 of the Corporations Act 2001.- Vote on the following resolution:"The Deed of Company Arrangement may contain a provision to the effect that, for the purposes of the application by the Administrators of the property of the Company coming under their control, any employee entitlements, excluding outstanding superannuation as at the date of appointment of the Administrator, of the eligible employee creditors that are continuing employment with the Company will be met by the Company in the ordinary course and not from the Deed fund. Continuing employees will not be entitled to a priority at least equal to what they would have been entitled if the Deed fund were applied in accordance with sections 556, 560 and 561."
