ASIC Insolvency Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. To consider the progress of the winding up

2. To consider the appointment of a Committee of Inspection if appropriate.

3. To fix the remuneration of the Liquidator as required.

4. To consider any other business that may be lawfully brought forward.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the external administrator by:
