Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:
1. To consider a Statement of the Company as to the circumstances leading to the winding up.2. To consider the Report on Company Activities and Property (ROCAP) of the Company.3. That the remuneration claim of the Liquidator and his staff for the periods from the 9th December, 2019 to the 1st March, 2020 and from the 2nd March 2020 to Completion, as detailed in the attached Remuneration Approval Report, be approved and fixed.4. For creditors to consider the Liquidator's internal disbursements for the period from the 9th December 2019 to 1st March 2020.5. For creditors to consider the Liquidator's future internal disbursements for the period from the 2nd March 2020 to Completion, which will be capped at $1,500.00 plus GST.6. To authorise the Liquidator to destroy at his discretion the books and records of the Company within a period of five years after the dissolution of the Company subject to obtaining prior approval from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.7. Any other business.
