ASIC Insolvency Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. To receive and consider a report by the Administrators?;

2. To receive an update on the status of the Administration;

3. To consider, and if thought fit, resolve to remove Timothy James Brace, Peter Gountzos and Michael Carrafa as Administrators of Otway Funds Limited and replace them with Andrew Reginald Yeo and Gess Michael Rambaldi; and

4. Any other business which may be properly brought before the meeting.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the external administrator by:
