1. To hear an account of the Liquidators dealings in the liquidation to date.2. To consider and if thought appropriate approve "That the remuneration of the Liquidator, as set out in the Remuneration Approval Request dated 15 March 2018 for the period from 15 December 2017 to 9 March 2018 be fixed in the amount of $24,500.00 plus any applicable GST, and may be paid."3. To consider and if thought appropriate approve "That the remuneration of the Liquidator, as set out in the Remuneration Approval Request dated 15 March 2018 for the period from 10 March 2018 to completion of the liquidation be fixed up to a maximum amount of $43,250.00 plus any applicable GST, but subject to upward revision by resolution of creditors or the Committee of Inspection, and that the Liquidator be authorised to make periodic payments on account of such accruing remuneration as incurred."4. To consider the appointment of a committee of inspection.5. Any other business that may be lawfully brought forward.
