Special instructions
Due to the threat of COVID-19, and consistent with government policy on gatherings, a virtual meeting will be held. Creditors who are wishing to attend the meeting can only do so via teleconference. There will be no capacity to physically attend the meeting.
To access teleconference facilities, creditors need to provide a statement by email to Ms Jenny Grant at jgrant@rodgersreidy.com.au, no later than two (2) business days before the meeting which sets out:
a) the name of the person and of the proxy or attorney (if any);
b) an address to which notices to the person, proxy or attorney may be sent; and
c) the method of contacting the person, proxy or attorney for the meeting.
On receipt of this statement, you will be provided with instruction on how to access the facilities for the meeting and other particulars of how the meeting will be conducted.
