7. If it is resolved that the Companies be wound up, and an alternate Liquidator is proposed, consider whether creditors wish to appoint the alternate Liquidator.8. If it is resolved that the Companies be wound up, consider whether a Committee of Inspection is to be appointed, and if so, the members of that Committee.9. If it is resolved that the Companies be wound up, consider whether, pursuant to Section 477(2A) of the Corporations Act 2001 (the Act), creditors authorise the Liquidators to compromise a debt owed to the Companies up to a maximum limit of $100,000.10. If it is resolved that the Companies be wound up, consider whether, pursuant to Section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001, creditors authorise the Liquidators to enter into any agreement on the Companies behalf where: a) the term of the agreement may end; or b) obligations of a party to the agreement may, according to the terms of the agreement, be discharged by performance; more than three months after the agreement is entered into.11. If it is resolved that the Companies be wound up, consider whether, subject to obtaining the approval of the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) pursuant to Section 70-35 of Schedule 2 to the Act, the books and records of the Companies and of the Liquidators may be disposed of by the Liquidators 12 months after the dissolution of the Companies or earlier at the discretion of ASIC.12.
